The erection of the President Hotel (till 1992 known as Oktyabrskaya hotel) was finished at 1982. The hotel was built by the individual permission and the strict control of Gosgrajdanstroy of Gosstroy of the USSR. The 14th storey President Hotel building owned by the Administrative Department of the Central Committee of the CPSU began attractive for the friendly Communist parties delegations whose members visited Moscow often these days.
